TELAMARA TERMS AND FEES
Once you have decided to charter Telamara please contact us to check your dates are available, and to proceed with the booking.
This occurs in the following simple stages:
AGREEMENT & PAYMENT TERMS
We will send you a Charter Agreement detailing the agreed dates, location, cruising area and cost.
The Agreement is then sent to the Owner for his counter-signature and a fully-signed copy returned to you. The balance plus the A.P.A. are due one month prior to the charter commencing, or immediately if it is a last minute booking with less than one month’s notice.
ADVANCED PROVISIONING ALLOWANCE (APA)
The Charter Fee includes the charter of the vessel, crew (including their food) and the vessel’s insurance. Other expenses such as yacht and tender fuel, your food and wines, port fees, communications, etc. are to be met by you. Further details will be on the charter agreement.
CHARTERER'S PREFERENCE FORM
To prepare your cruise carefully, according to your individual requirements, we will forward you a detailed questionnaire to be completed by you so we can ensure that your Chef has adequately stocked the galley, prepares menus to your taste, and so on.
Please note that the charter rates, status and equipment lists given are correct. However, there are occasional changes, so please check before booking.
